My mom lost her money through primefin

Good day..my mom moreen may invested R45000 in primefin. The guy who was managing the account was Elias he told my mom that that yhe will put a stop on the account so she will only lose R1000 not more then that but in the next 7 days we have lost R42700 and we just can't get hold of elias. My mom is a pensioner and she wanted to try something but did not want to loose all her saving. Please can you help her. She deposit the R17000 on the 13 december R28000 on the 3rd of December
