TERRIBLE SERVICE

The travel agency is not to be trusted as they have not paid our full refund for a trip to cape town that was supposed to take place in November 2022. imagine when we were supposed to travel the day before we found that we have no flight tickets, and they did not bother to communicate with us of any challenges they were experiencing. They wasted our time and leave days that we took in preparation for the trip. the travel agency is always giving empty promises only when you the one reaching out. Otherwise, they do not care to keep contact and provide a way forward.
