My partner and I arranged with them a trip to Cape Town to celebrate my birthday in December 2023, we kept following up with a guys name Mpho using the number provided on their Instagram page (at this point I'm not even sure if it's his real name). He kept promising that everything is in order until the day before when he said not enough people have paid for this trip so it won't happen and promised to send back our money, since then he's been telling lie after lie and still no refund. Sometimes he just decides to reject my WhatsApp calls and not respond to my texts. If anyone have ever gotten their refund back from these guys, what process did you follow? Do I need to follow a legal route and go to the small claims court maybe🤷🏾♀️
