Owners drunk son

Had the most humiliating experience with the owners drunk SON, on a wednesday afternoon on my way to get take outs for my parents, accmpanied by my 69year old mother who can bearly walk, the drunk boy is holding parking in a pubic parking area with a crate for his customers. We removed the crate as there was no other parking space in the parkling lot. He claimed he owns the parking space, and that its private property . He came out swearing and shouting, threatning to damage my vehicle and saying he will hit and kick me if I leave my car there and that he would show me what will happen to me, causing a scene by swearing and shouting at me and my mother. What a disaster that place became. Be aware when going to elgin they are drunks that will damage your car
