No Response on a special order

A special order was placed for a watch on the 29th September and I was assured that orders of this nature take between 10 to 14 days if needed to be ordered from the suppliers and 7 days if head office has the stock.<br> One month later I still have not received any feedback on the status of my order in spite of making several calls and visits to the store.<br> If the stock is not available all that was needed was to inform me that the watch could not be obtained and I would have made the purchase elsewhere, but I have just been strung along after constantly inquiring about the status of the order. <br> It is obvious that the store witch is owned by the Foshini group is not interested in clients like myself as I am only spending R3000.
