your word does not mean anything
In December last year i took out car insurance with PMD on my toyota tazz. everything was all good and well and they promised to send me the stickers for the vehicle that says do not tow which i was advised is very important to a claim. it is almost 6 months later and to date i have not received this but when you phone PMD they tell you ok we will resend it and it will be there in 2 weeks. this is very disturbing for me for two reasons. one is that they do not keep to their word or their 2 weeks is calculated in dogs years and two is that with the way insurance and companies as such works is that if something does happen and i have to make a claim they will find that the stickers not being on the car is a reason to not pay out. they win i lose yet everymonth is all good and well to debit the month from my account. this is not on. going to start shopping around for a new insurance.
