would just like to give a huge shout out to one of your agents…unfortunately, I do not know her surname. She was a star! Pleasant, articulate, timeous and could have sold me ice in the Antarctic. She is a keeper. She knows her stuff and related it in a manner that did not bore or have me wanting to get off the phone.
