Worst service received
This is the second review I am no happy with what is going on with my claim as no one is updating me about how far things are going with my car.
On the 06/04/2023 I visited Nu Wagon Autobody where my car was taken to be fixed, it has been 3 months now and my car has not been attended to and the worst part is that I found my car in the worst state. It was completely stripped and oily parts were stored in the back car seat with seats uncovered and it has scratches which were not there when it was collected from my residence and no communication from the Autobody or PMD.

achieve this we encourage all repairs to be completed by a SAMBRA-approved repairer on our panel
who has been carefully vetted to ensure that the best possible workmanship and service are provided
to our clients.
It is sometimes the case that the repair process is affected by a number of factors which is outside the
control of both the repairer and ourselves, such as the delay on parts due to backorder.
We confirm that our Outcome Processing Team has been working with the repairer to follow up with
the parts supplier to get the parts delivered as soon as possible to allow your vehicle to be repaired
with the appropriate industry standard.
