Worst service by far

I was involved in an accident on the 16 April and have been with PMD since 24/04/2015 and have not once missed a payment. Like any insured motorist I claimed..up until this day the claim is not finalised. It has been a matter of back and forth and have now been told I will receive R6000 only whereas the costs to fix my car are more than double that. my claim number is ********** 68. i have dealt with a Lynette jacobs/wanita landman and the on seen technician was Johan.

Hello Xobha,

We are truly sorry to learn of your disappointment.

A thorough review of the purchase conversation revealed that our tele-assistant did an exceptional job in explaining all the policy features to you and how you would be covered.

The Accident Contribution Benefit (ACB) is designed to contribute towards the cost of repairing accident damages. This benefit increases by R2 000 every consecutive month that you pay your premium.

As your accident happened after you had paid just 3 consecutive premiums the contribution towards your accident damage is R6,000.

Nonetheless, your concern is important to us and our client representation department will contact you to carefully re-explain the benefits of your policy.

Assuring you of our continued best endeavours.

Kind Regards,
The PMD Team
