Worst nightmare with PMD

Worst nightmare ever I'm being a loyal client since 2021 and never logged a claim with Pmd,I was told that I'm being covered for natural disaster my car was ruined by floods about a month ago and Pmd send in a towing truck service to come and tow my car as it was undriveable now after 4 weeks they've got an odesity to tell me that they won't cover for my car and I need to pay 1,900 for the storage and my car won't be covered for the floods damage,can someone please help regarding this matter on what to do,my car was towered in the comfort of my home now I need to pay for storage where my car its been kept with no fixing been done on my car,who's fooling who here, PMD its a real ******* people please watch out cheap its never good.

Still waiting for Prime Meridian Direct to reply to me, I was promised that a consultant by the name Zolani Ngwenya is investigating my concern and he will get back to me within 2 days today its a day 3 still waiting, my fear is my car its been stored where I was told that I must pay an amount of 1,900 and days are passing by what if another amount its been added on and I will be told that I must pay again.
