Worst insurance ever

Had an accident on tbe 5th of November, no one answered my call at the Call Centre, I had to get my own towtruck to remove the car from the scene, then their excuse is that I called the wrong number when I called the number on the app. Then they dock me for using a different towtruck, what was I supposed to do? Leave my car on the road?

They delay the outcome process with no feedback whatsoever, you have to call them for an outcome. They declined my claim for a silly reason and then on top of that it was a mission to cancel the insurance, I had to make more than 1 call to get the policy cancelled. How do you expect me to continue as a client when all they know is to collect premiums and the service is bull****
