Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
We understand how frustrating it can be to face delays in getting your claims processed and your vehicle repaired. After looking into your situation, we found that the delays were caused by part availability, which is solely in the supplier's control.
We’re happy to let you know that the necessary parts for your vehicle have now arrived, and the repair work is currently in progress. Our team is working closely with the repair shop to ensure that everything is finished as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Also, one of our team members from the Market Conduct Department will reach out to you soon to discuss your concerns and offer any extra help you might need.
At Prime, we take pride in providing affordable insurance products along with a personal touch that makes you feel like part of our family. We are dedicated to earning back your trust and ensuring that your experience reflects our commitment to quality.
