WORST INSURANCE, CON ARTISTS

I insured with them, they sound so sweet over the phone, offering what would seem to be the best insurance, but lemme tell you, I will never ever deal with them again in my life and will never recommend them to anyone else. This is not an insurance company, they have been looking for loopholes not to pay my car that was written off(they told me so) they had the car assesed, the Assesor wrote the car off, they told me they are busy processing the claim, they made me run around for a million documents, investigated the accident making me feel like a ********, and now that they couldn't find any inconsistencies, they decided to pull a fast one, they supposedly had the car reassesed, and it's all of a sudden not written off now after weeks of informing me that it was. They even cancelled my policy, because I wouldn't need it anymore, now they ask me if I want to reinstate it. What the he'll man, I never had problems with any other insurance company before. I've never experienced this. I am calling up my lawyer to sort this one out. Because I have all my emails as proof.
