Worst Insurance Company ever!

I am very disappointed with the insurance company PMD, your service is honestly just pathetic and it is clear you don't care about your clients. I was involved in an accident more than a month ago till this day the claim hasn't been proceeded yet you claim to process claims in 9 to 10 working days, I have experienced a near death car accident and no trauma counseling given or offered. I have to call you almost everyday for feedback. You claim you have tried contacting the people I was in the car with me' which is false because you are trying to drag this claim you don't consider the trauma and pain somebody is feeling after a near death experience. I regret having insured with your company. Is it very difficult to update your clients about a claim? I am the one who has to call you about an update to be then told the person responsible of the claim is "busy". You don't live up to your promises
