Worst experience on Prime Meridian Direct

Worst experience I ever had with an insurance company, My car was involved in an accident on the 13th of January, claimed as a third party.

I sent them all the requested docs by 30 Jan, up to this day, nothing was done to fix my car, they said the claim will be processed in 30 days, we now at day45,they don't even have the humility to communicate, I have to constantly run after them for an update, even thinking of taking the legal route.
