Worst EVER!

I used to be so happy on this insurance. They made my premiums go up after stating that they don't (due to inflation), not my problem! Make your new customers pay a little more and not skrew your existing ones! And my cars value is less as I have been with them for nearly 6 years!!!!! And they state 'no excess', but now I have to pay excess for a claim!! I had a accident recently and the excess is R8600! Honestly if I had that kind of money lying around, I wouldn't be on PMD! They even ********* me by saying if I don't fix the damage then it affects my future claims! How dare you PMD! It was difficult to not swear in this review! Oh they have called me as I have complained before, but all they do is say sorry. You know what to do with that sorry! #******* #lies
