WORST CLAIMS EXPERIENCE 10 DAYS AND THE VEHICLE IS NOT UPLIFTED

I have given the insurer all the requested information to process my claim and its being 10 days without uplifting my vehicle after being insured with them for 2 years PMD SINCE 24 July 2020 MX*** and MX*** and this is my first claim ever since. This is the worst claims experience since I have a valid claim.
