Worst car insurance ever
@SAPrimeMeridian has the worst service ever when you need to make a claim . I have submitted a claim in September 2024 and they have been trying to get a cheaper mechanic since then. And that time they found a mechanic and my car is already with them , but they are now refusing to pay. They have not communicated a single day without me having to call them and asking for updates. WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!!! Funny enough they are still collecting premiums from my bank.

At Prime SA we pride ourselves in promptly paying all valid claims.
Rest assured that we always do all in our power to avoid delays during the repair process but it is true that the repair process may be affected by several factors which are outside the control of the repairer, ourselves, and you as the client. We do, however, pride ourselves in ensuring that vehicles are returned to clients in a good, repaired condition.
A review of your claim confirms that the majority of the parts have been delivered to the repairer. In addition, our dedicated parts procurement Team is making every effort to ensure that parts are delivered to the repairer timeously.
It will no doubt reassure you to know that we offer a 24-month fixed premium guarantee on all claim-free policies!
