Worse insurance ever

Pmd will always look for an excuse not to pay your claim. Got an accident 21st of October, they said I must give them. 15days to investigate.... 15days passed with no communication, I was the one who was calling and checking how far is the claim, till they told me they are still investigating further, mind you I was hitted at the back, Cleary someone hit my car, I am being asked for my work time sheet and all the useless things. Even if it was my fault they must still cover me as my insurance. Worse insurance ever when it's comes to claims!
