Whenever I contacted Prime, my queries were dealt with professionalism and care. ALSO, the people behind the phones are friendly and sometimes a bit funny, but they know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. Even when I was not happy with a service provider they swiftly, provided an alternative. I would recommend them to anyone.
