What you practicing is not what you preach
I had an accident 3 months ago and still yet my car is not fixed. My issue here is PMD approved the claim of 16356.15. PMD told me to look any panel beater of my choice which I did. Panel beater assessed the car and made quotation which is almost doubled the amount you have given me. I went to other 2 different repairers which their quotes is more than R30 000. I went to VW to do my own parts quote to confirm the prices. The prices I got from VW are almost the same the one quoted by panel beaters.<br> <br> I would like to know where the prices written on your assessors report coming from, if they could send me original VW quote. There is no VW selling a new door for R2500 . If PMD believe R16000 can fix my car, they should find me a repairer that will accept that amount or pay the one I found the amount they are asking.<br> <br> The reason I chose PMD is when you claim you don't have to pay money which is different from other companies. I am surprised now when you are telling me I have to pay some money. You are deceiving your customers. You are not practicing what you preach.<br> <br> According to the Accident Contribution table I am qualifying for R42000. So tell me why my R42000 cannot pay R30000?
