WHAT IS THE USE OF HAVING AN INSURANCE IF YOU WILL BE TREATED THIS WAY.

i was involved in an accident on 22 of July 2023. i submitted all the documents they requested and i was advised that the claim will take 10 -15 days now is more than 15 days and nothing is happening. What irritates me the most is that they never communicate is only me that i have to call them all the time, Last week Friday i called and they told me that they are waiting for trip report, and they send a tracking company an email and they haven't respond so immediately we did a conference call with Netstar. To cut story short Monday i called them and they said they nominated so called scene investigator whatever they call it, and they are waiting for the report. Is nearly month end and nothing is happening, and which means i have to pay the instalment while i don't have a car. When we decide to come to platform like hellopeter they say we are bad mouthing their company. I mean do we wake up in the morning and choose to get in an accident???????
