i was involved in a accident, you was suppose to be there to protect me after almost two months you tell me that my claim is declined, i never knew that i was driving around for over a year with no insurance because that's what it feels like, you took my premiums yet when i need you to help me you decline my claim, please who ever is reading this please reconsider and move to a PROPER INSURANCE COMPANY, a company that knows how to do insurance the right way, what a ******* i question myself now what was the point of dealing with a insurance that does not want to pay your claim process is SO long because instead of helping your client you use that time to find ways not to pay, No matter what insurances primary objective is to help there client
