What Excellent Service!

I'm in the process of buying a new vehicle, my first time too. After doing all my research I knew that Prime Meridian was the choice to go with to serve my needs. Not having a clue what to do about insurance for the new vehicle, I phoned the call center and was assisted by Godfrey. He informed me that he will phone me back (who does this nowadays!?). So we spoke, he took time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions that I had. During the call I was requested for the registration number of the vehicle, which I did not have on hand, so he offered to call the dealer on my behalf and then transfer the call to them. We went through everything afterwards and signed me up without any complications. <br> <br> Now, if this is not efficient service - I don't know what is. First off, Godfrey was professional, friendly, helpful and eager to answer any questions I had. This is a staff member you should treat like gold, he really went the extra mile for me. <br> <br> I'm really impressed with your service and I will no doubt refer friends and family to you. Well done! You really exceeded my expectations.
