Well, I had a issue at the beginning of the month with my premiums being paid on time. I became anxious worrying whether I was in fact covered with my insurance in the unlikely event of a loss. I was not sure whether it was paid I then called in, and spent less than 5 minutes getting help and answering all my questions relating to having my insurance in place. I am very thankful for this service and hope the relationship going forward will be a fruitful one.
