Waste of time and money

The most unreliable insurance company you can ever go for worst of the worst, I got pushed off the road driving my car and hit the drain and the rim was bent and the control arm so I called them Said they sending a tow truck fine 4 hours later the truck come insisted to take my car to smd Pretoria west while we where in hertfield and I lived in Brooklyn, OK fine the tow truck took the car I was left on the road with no transport made my way home and waited for communication from them after 2 weeks I called to ask where my car was they told me I went to go see it when I got there things where missing in the car, I reported it to them and asked the progress of the hole thing they said an inspector must come then they will know a week later I went back to the car due to needing documents from the car more things where missing and later found out the control module and computer box was also out so a few days later I went there to take my car these people refused and I was there for 2 days finally got permission to take my car, so smd daid I needed to pay for the storege fee I called them and I was told to pay for it and the tow truck I will be refound I did so and I never received a cent from those people they never fixed my car worst people very heartless, they told me to also go and fatch my accident report so the inspector can come and see the car.
