Waste of time and frustration
If you looking for frustration, waste of time then this insurance company is for you. Filed my claim on the 16 of June and was told I’ll receive a response in 10-14 business days. Guess what I only got my response on the 17 of July because I kept on calling. Well a consultant told me that there’s a response but she’s not authorised to tell me. I guess they were waiting for ME TO CALL THEM, because a week later they told me that my claim has been declined. Imagine a week later I could’ve fixed my car and stop wasting time with them.
Oh also, their consultants will tell you timeframes from the top of their head 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾.
