Warning: DO NOT USE Prime Meridian Direct (PMD)

I feel compelled to share a cautionary tale about my experience with Prime Meridian Direct (PMD). Recently, my brother was involved in an accident on 29/08/2023. The circumstances were unique, as the traffic light at the intersection was malfunctioning. Despite exercising caution, he was struck by another vehicle at the front bumper. What followed was a frustrating 36-day wait for a response from PMD, only to be met with a claim rejection. Their reason? Allegedly, data from the car indicated that my partner didn't stop at the intersection. We believe their decision is unjust, and it's disheartening to see them shy away from their commitment to support us in this situation. Our claim amounts to R100k and we have been using them over the past 2years we have been paying full premiums without fail but they give us stories when they need to assist us. Consider this a word of caution for anyone considering PMD's services.
