Waiting 5 Months For Tow - Claim *** - Accident 18 April 2026

My Renault Triber had accident 18 April 2026. Car in Auto Magic Pietermaritzburg since 28 April 2026 with engine light on, odo 212405km, still on today.

30 April 2026 Prime asked for excess before they will strip and diagnose. Preliminary assessment 30 June R36,291 — no full strip done.

NFO case ***, Phumzile Rabula, Sept 2026, upheld Prime but noted "participant has indicated its willingness to consider any further damage that is objectively verified and causally linked to the insured incident."

01 Oct 2026 I sent email + WhatsApp to Prime *** / ***) requesting tow from home to Auto Magic Pietermaritzburg for that verification. I also emailed Auto Magic PMB to book assessment, scan not to clear codes.

I am still waiting for Prime to respond and arrange tow. Car unsafe to drive. I have incurred taxi costs while car standing since April.
