Very very poor service

I had an accident on February, and the time of accident my phone was flat due to loadshedding towtruck Lucky came and towd the vehicle to its premises then I logged my accident on the app and did all the necessary things they wanted including the number of people that I was with before accident and even pulled the tracker but my claim failed saying i drove on the grass but i cleare told them that i swerved avoiding hit a car that just break it was in front of me then i hit the poles that were on the edge of the road I ended loosing my car and they told me I have pay for the tow truck and storage fees while they investigate i ended up agreeing for the car to be bought by smd and they took their storage fees and I was left with nothing just paying for keys PMD failed me in.many
