Very poor service from PMD

Poor service from PMD insurance; I'm constantly having to call them for updates, and it's been over a month. I was involved in a car accident in January, took them more than a week to come uplift my car to take it to their storage. I had to call them every day for my claim to be approved, despite the fact that my car had been bumped while parked on the pavement. They took my car to a panel beater in Wynberg, where it stayed for a week. I was the one who called the panel beater and requested that a quote be sent to my insurer. Guess what, the quote was sent, and my insurer requested another quote from a panel beater somewhere in Lenasia, the quote was sent this past Monday, and they are still reviewing it to this day.
