Very poor and not reliable

Pmd rejected my claim because my car was a Bolt. I understood that, but now they are changing R3000+ for collection fees, after they arranged taw car, I wanted my car to go to the nearest workshop, but they insisted santon. I also paid the second premium and they accepted it, but they don't cover Bolt. Something is not good with them. I need my car and the premium that I paid yesterday. They even refused to send me the conservation between me and the emergency call center agent.
