VERY MUCH APPRECIATION FOR THE REPAIRS

After I had an accident in late December 2020, PMD was my last hope to gets me through the misfortune. The negative narratives I began hearing about them helped me to prepare having to encounter challenges with them, sure I was right because I did had few moments of frustrations. Nevertheless, following the anyway anticipated challenging process I have to compliment and appreciate PMD for coming through for me, throughout the process it was easy to get hold of their consultants, easy to claim and immediately gets a courtesy car although I had to return it back long before my car was repaired. My biggest challenging aspect of PMD has to be its Admin Department as I was told they are the ones responsible to handle many issues I reported. Multiple times the panel beater rep**** to me that PMD was not responding to them. When i phoned PMD I was promised the Admin Dept will resolve the matters yet a full day will go past and the following day they repeated same thing until each time I have to make the formal complaints to PMD Market Department. It is an utter disappointment to experience the regular level of shoddy service one receives in PMD's Admin Dept and if what I have regularly experienced is a norm then this leave a lot to be desired about the PMD's brand. My sincere appreciation to someone by the name of Mathuma, in PMD's Market Dept. It is as a result of her exemplary commitments to assists the clients that I have faith there are outstanding people in PMD who genuinely value the customers. I must also add Ntombi Silawu, she was very helpful whenever I had a chance to talk to her. So much good work have been done repairing the car. It was a difficult time but I appreciate all the considerable efforts that were made and I am happy having the car back. Thank you
