Very friendly staff,people that understand your needs .always making sure you understand what you paying for,your policy is explained in detail to you.the premium that I pay is so affordable for the benefits that is given by Prime.did have a breakdown once and the service was fast, the consultant stayed in touch with me making sure I was safe.
