Very friendly lady I spoke to on the phone yesterday, she was quick and to the point. Its a pity I forgot her name, but just so that you guys can track her call, she called me on the 24th of June 2024 at exactly 16:39pm. She called me on *** That lady makes it enjoyable to converse with...does not sound like a typical call center agent but sounds like a friend who is here to help...I definately give her a 5 star rating...and I would all my future calls to be facilitated by her if possible
