Very dissatisfied client - disappointed

I'm very disgruntle cause I'm not receiving any service from PMD, I'm approaching a second month paying premiums for a car I don't have and I'm being send from pillar to post. Are you able to assist me or what am I expected to do. The panelbeater has not been contact as requested by your consultant as per our telephone conversation. How long does it take to make a phone and giving feedback. Two months you take premiums but you take forever to give feedback with my car which I'm supposed to pay installments for and I don't have it in my possession.
