VERY DISSAPOINTED AND CANNOT ALLOW TO BE MANIPULATED AND BUL****.

I am disappointed in the manner in which my claim has been handled thus far. I was involved in an accident on 16 January 2022. I lodged the claim on 17 January 2022. The accident happened in Pretoria. My claim was rejected on basis on misrepresentation based on inconsistent version. Funny enough the reasons for the inconsistent version is the fact that I said we made 3 stops in Pretoria and my passenger said 4 stops? Like really? Is that a misrepresentation that warrants repudiating a claim? I provided PMD with the tracking log, they can see where I went and I did that because I had nothing to hide. The accident did not even happen in the place where they say I omitted to mention. and I omitted that street because I told the assessor countless times that I do not know Pretoria street. Not that it matters in any way.

Secondly, the say my statement does not correspond with that of a third party? Guess who the third party is? The lady who bumped my car. so PMD believed a version by a person who bumped my car than mine in terms of how the accident happened. Ofcourse she will deny liability. Her story does not even make sense when you look at the damage in my car and her car.

The police report that they re**** on is also incorrect and that is clear from the sketch as well as the damages suffered. The sketch shows that I bumped the other lady's door. If that was the case why was my bumper not damaged. Instead my car was bumped on the driver's door by the other lady and her bumper is damaged. It looks to me that PMD did not bother applying their minds when assessing the claim and even considered the pictures submitted with the claim.

I am a member in good standing. I have never missed a payment of my premium. Please comply with your obligations in terms of the agreement and pay for the repairs of my car. I cannot allow to be bul****. I get a sense that PMD is just looking for lousy reasons to just repudiate the claim.

Their reasons do not bore a substantial reason to repudiate. The fact that I missed to mention certain stops I made during the day in Pretoria when the accident happened at night have no bearing on my claim. Please sort your issues and repair my car. To say I am disappointed is even an understatement. My claim number is CL***.

Your action is one that represent an insurance company that only seeks reasons to repudiate claim at claim stage. You sell us dreams.
