Very disappointed about how PMD treated me,

Case number CL***,I had an accident in 2003 November ,were i hit a pole in a car packing on the right side of the driver,MPD took the car and i got it on february ,i called them so many times regarding the condition of the car,it had a funny sound, like a knock coming out the right side and the *****t and vender were also not in good condition ,lock nuts were also changed, could not feet my wheels,i keep on calling them they will say they have escalated the matter but no one will call me for an update.on the day of that accident when i asked to be taken home they refuse but its there on the package that they will takevyou home or pay you back the money .up until now i was involved in a serious accident that almost took my life on the 16 of february 2004 ,i was in an ICU for Three weeks but PMD will call me and harass me ,to a person who was unconcious, and had a truamer amnesia .now they want to pin it on me,forgetting that i was always telling them about the car condition and ask if they want to kill me,now when i call them they tell me they are waiting for their expect ,and that expect was not told about all the excalations.now i cant go to work im home ,and I'm a mother of two,a bread winner at my home,i last lost my life...They don't care all they care about is debit order money.
