Very bad treatment and service
I write this review with a very heavy heart I have been sent from pillar to post regarding my claim.My car was involved in a flooding that happened in Newcastle KZN.Whilst it was parked in the PMD salvage yard. I fetched my car in March and advised them that the car has damages.They asked me to send fotos,I did.They said they will investigate the flooding with the salvage yard manager.To date,I keep calling and I have not been winning.They keep promising to call me back and as of today 12 June 2023.I have no feedback and my car is still not drivable because it suffered water damages inside and the clutch is not working.No seems to care about this.However every month I am being debited fro premiums without questions asked.
