Very bad service
People never n ever insure your vehicle with PMS.. U WILL REGRET IT. THEY RE NOT TRUE ITS ALL A **** FOR THEM TO MAKE MONEY. I WAS WITH THEM FOR OVER 4 YEARS. I CLAIMED THREE TIMES N THEY NEVR PID ANY OF MY CLAIM... ONE DY I WAS STRANDED FAR FROM HOME N I LOOKED MY CAR KEYS INSIDE.. THEY NEVR COME THROUGH FOR ME. UT TO INFORM. ME THAT THE LOOKSMITH SERV3 IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON THEIR PACKAGES.. I HAD TO PAY FROM MY POCKETS TO GET LOOKSMITH.. 2 I HAD AN INCIDENT.. AT SANDTON MALL WERE I DAMAGED MY CAR REAR BUMPER.. ALL I KNEW IS THAT MY ACCESS FEES WAS 3000..I INFORMED THEM. AND THEY TOLD ME THE CLAIM HAS BEEN APPROVED BUT MY ACCESS WILL BE 5000 PLUS 3000 PENALTY FEE BECOUSE TJEY WERE NO WITNESSES AROUND THE TIME OF INCIDENT.. AND THEY WILL ONLY PAY 300 FOR MY CLAIM.. SO GUYS TJEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON.. N THAT'S TO **** YOU.. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIER EDVERT AND SMOTH TALK OVER THE PHONE THEY JUST ONTO BUSINESS OF ****ING PEOPLE THEIR MONEY. I REGRET TAKING INSURANCES FROM THEM
