Very Bad Service
On the 17 October 2015 I got involved in a car accident and reported it to SAPS same day and the following Monday I reported it to the insurance whereby I submitted the claim form along with the relevant documentation on 20/10/2015 and the car was assessed the same day. On the 26 October 2015 Kaveshnee sent me a list of SAMBRO approved panelbeaters along with the assessor's report indicating that the car can be repaired with R10,91.49 to go and seek quotation and that I did on 27/10/2015 and quotations were sent to her the same day by the panelbeaters who could repair the car as per the assessor's report. Now this morning when I called Kaveshnee she told me that the car has been re-assessed and the car can be repaired with R6000 and if the panelbeaters goes beyond R6000 it will be to my own account.The motor covergrow that I took there is no excess that I pay towards repairs to my vehicle and for her to say anything that panelbeaters quote outside the R6000 will be to my own account that is tantamount to paying excess. She says the turnaround time in processing a claim is 30 days and she's having my claim till the 30th day as per protocol.The service is disgusting.
