Very bad and poor service

I'm a client at PMD car insurance,I had and still have a very bad and poor experience about PMD,my car has now 4 months since I was involved in an accident,they always tell me stories that they waiting for the report from their assessor,with no luck I don't even get feedbacks and yet I'm still paying my monthly premiums,I was at least expecting to be given a courtesy vehicle of which they don't even offer,to be honest with you,all they care about is our money ,they really don't offer good services,I'm really ****ed,sick and tired of PMD, really I wouldn't advise someone to buy the policy from them, I'm waiting for the day my car is getting done fixing,so that PMD and I part ways
