vehicle license (license disc) not registered on my name, but instead is still on the previous owners name
It's been almost 6 months after I have been highjacked and my insurance is not helping in settling the matter. We are still going back and forth on the vehicle license disc registration, PMD is not able to provide proof in support of their statement. My question is if I have been paying premiums all this time for a car not under my name, then who was I paying for and how come this was not picked up before had to claim. Please pay the claim as per agreement.

As this process falls outside of the scope of insurance and relates to your vehicle’s paperwork when you bought it, the settlement of the claim is entirely within your control. As soon as this matter has been resolved between yourself and the Licensing Department, we will gladly pay the claim.

I hereby request that you show me what is on the system as captured from the date I took the insurance cover with you. If it's not showing my name, then I want to see who it is registered to.
I will then use that as proof to the traffic department for them to assist me as I mentioned I did go and they cannot register a license disc that is already on the system, the other reason is that the car is now S marked, therefore the system automatically kicks it out unless recovered and taken out for clearance then it can be registered.
I also request that you explain to me why I have been paying premiums on wrong records, how are you only picking this up now that I put a claim.
Lastly, seeing that you attempted to pay the claim and you said ABSA blocked you I would like to have proof of this transaction or communication to put an end to this back-and-forth communication with all stakeholders.
Failure to do so, I want a session from both stakeholders on a same call so that we may clear any misunderstanding and find a way forward.
