Vehicle claim declined !

Prime south Africa or PMD only assists when its minor damages when its major or sevier they decline, recently claimed for rear damage on my car, they spent almost 2 weeks searching for anything to decline. everything is fine and they said I drove off from the scene, and in was clear that it was at bnight alone and did not feel safe and drove home. I am so disappointed for being loyal to the, paid my premium withiut lapsing for years to date.
