Useless insurance company in SA, not worth it I requested a tow, as I was advised that it's a value added service on my policy but my car was towed to an unknown location, called and was advised that someone will get back to me, never received any communication, I called in and was told to start the claim process and will be notified if my claim is approved, I called back the next day and requested to go get the vehicle and fix it myself then I'm told to pay a release fee of R3,800.00....nonsense insurance company
