useless
<p>prime meridian is one of the useless insurance in SA,i was invovlved in an accident in 2015 even today i am paying for a car that i can not touch.i have been stressed for two years the insurance is not even willing to assist me.i asked them to pay for storage fee and they said i must pay for storage.i will curse the day i joined this useless insurance.to hell with them</p>

We were quite surprised to receive this message as your claim had already been approved in March 2016.
Our internal dispute resolution department are confident that this matter has been resolved. The matter which was referred to the Office of the Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance has since been closed in favour of the Insurer.

i never said the claim was not approved,my problem is the panel beater still insist that the car is uneconomical to repair and you forcing them to repair the car.i then asked you to pay for storage fee and they told me that i have to pay the storage fee.i was paying my premiums fully every month but this how you reward me by throwing me out with no help.this prime meridian is a joke.is better if i get all my premiums back.
