<p>A service provider that expects you to do their work for them and still pay them? Shameless!!!! How can a traumatised/injured person get the third party info, AR info, and continuously take pictures of the very same thing that almost took his life?</p>

We are truly sorry to learn of your unfortunate accident as well as the trauma you experienced as a result thereof.
Although we are deeply sympathetic towards your challenging personal circumstances and feeling of inconvenience with the claims submission process, we would like to assure you that it is standard practice for insurers to obtain all relevant information for a claim to be assessed.
Nonetheless, as you are aware, where a client is unable to provide us with the basic necessary information to validate a claim, we do go out of our way to validate such an incident independently. Requesting a client’s assistance however, does in fact expedite the validation of a claim significantly.
All of the assistance you have lent thus far is therefore sincerely appreciated.
