Unsatisfied customer
I took out a car insurance in the beginning of Mrt 2026. I later phoned Prime and cancelled the policy. However, end of April the premium went off my bank account. I phone Prime again the reverse the premium. They promised to do so. This month end of May 2026 the premium went off again. I phoned Prime again I was transferred to two persons. The last one told me that she can see that I have phoned but she will asked the person that attend to my problem is not now available. How can one deduct a premium if the person is not yet after two months onboarded?
