Unsatisfactory claim resolution, still outstanding

My claim was logged on 4 October 2016, and my vehicle assesed on 30 October.... from there nothing has happened. My last communication from PMD was on 23 November 2016, and my own expences are building as I am getting trafic fines for my lights and indicators not working due to the accident. This is simply unacceptable and I wont recomend PMD to anyone. Please sort my claim so I can change my insurance broker to someone that cares about their clients.

I have recieved numerous phone calls ftom a consultant. Asking me irrelevan, personal, and intimidating questions. Which according my leagal advisor, the cinsultant is not allowed to ask. The feedback tbat she requests and questions that she is asking can be obtained from the pokice accident report. The consultant is acting out of bounds, and I will have to take this matter further. I do have all the conversations on tape, and will use this in further steps against PMD. But one thing is fore sure. I will not draw the shorter straw, after PMD now suddenly realizes they have messed up after 3 months not attending to my claim.
