Unreliable Prime Meridian insurance
I have never seen an unreliable insurance like PRIME MERIDIAN I had a very bad experience with them at first my bakkie was ****** and rovered but they failed to fix it until I fixed it myself, secondly I had a tyre bust that damaged a gander, back headlight and a bumper on my private car still they don't want to fix it instead I am asked all sort of questions that not even related to the tyre bust
This insurance is advertising lies

We appreciate the time you have taken to note your concern as customer service is of utmost importance to us.
A review of the validation of your claims revealed that the first was approved and the outcome was communicated to you some time ago as such we are quite surprised to learn of your disquiet.
Although a delay was experienced in receiving your completed claim forms, in your further claim, our claims team has reassured us that the claim is progressing well and that we have since received the requested documents.
We do however wish to assure you that we perform our investigations not for the sake of creating unnecessary delays but for the protection of all of our clients.
Your concern has been brought to the attention of our Client Representation Department who will provide you with a further clarity regarding the status of your claims.
Remember that even after you claim, at PMD, your premiums will never increase!
